For the past couple months, in between telling jokes / eating pizza, I’ve been working on the new version of Tapestry (iTunes link), a really cool storytelling app. Anyway, it’s out today. I hope you like it. I designed the logo/app/website/etc, so if you hate it, well fuck you then, man! I’m pretty sure it doesn’t suck.

Times, of course. The paper. I do nothing electronic. When I work on the computer, which I do often, it’s always with somebody smarter and younger at my side. My hands have literally never touched a keyboard.

I sit around pushing pieces of paper until they look right.
Earlier today, we launched Storyboard, Tumblr’s new editorial project covering the creative community that makes Tumblr such an awesome place.
You may recall that time I met Michael Stipe (and took on the role of accidental photojournalist)—well, that was for Storyboard. Chris and Jessica have already published some great stories, and, without a doubt, there are going to be many more to come.
Among the handful of things I’ve worked on and designed since starting at Tumblr last month, this is the first big project to launch. I hope you guys like it!
