Slate is here filming an interview and I’m pretty sure I’m in frame.
How funny would it be if I were to turn around and creepily smile at the camera for the rest of the interview? Answer: not funny. It wouldn’t be funny at all. I’m not going to do that.

Earlier today, we launched Storyboard, Tumblr’s new editorial project covering the creative community that makes Tumblr such an awesome place.
You may recall that time I met Michael Stipe (and took on the role of accidental photojournalist)—well, that was for Storyboard. Chris and Jessica have already published some great stories, and, without a doubt, there are going to be many more to come.
Among the handful of things I’ve worked on and designed since starting at Tumblr last month, this is the first big project to launch. I hope you guys like it!
And, oh yeah, be sure to follow Storyboard.
